Le Reussi | Baking Happiness in a Form of Cake

If you are in the area of Banawe, the most common restaurants are Chinese offering classic faves. Little didn't we know that there's one that is French-inspired and serves mainly cakes and colorful thirst-quenching drinks called Le Reussi. If you are looking for a place to cleanse your palette after eating a mouthful lunch or dinner, this small cafe can satisfy your sweet cravings to dessert.

The owner used the name "Le Reussi" which means to be successful that is mainly their goal in the future. He started everything as a hobby to just serve to his family gatherings until he turned his passion into a full-fledged cake business where he could offer his creations to other people. This mini cafe opened last January 10 on their first-ever store in Banawe area. A neighborhood cafe - that is how they envisioned the brand, concentrating on mainly to desserts.

Le Reussi's space is very small, allowing few dining customers to enjoy the comfortable ambiance. The interior design is basic yet laid-back but needs a little more tweaks to fit the millennial aesthetics. However, the mural painted on the wall made the place a little artsy.

Basically, Le Reussi is a dessert shop that mainly sells cakes and drinks. They have different flavors and varieties that would surely hit your sweet tooth.

Cakes (Mini P268 | Whole P1,388)
Their line of cakes has delectable flavors namely choco tablea, caramel, mocha, ube, and matcha. First things first, they are so pretty! I loved how they created mini cakes with exactly the same version as the whole one. Everything looked yummy as so was the taste. My favorites were choco tablea, caramel, and ube because all of them were so moist, fluffy, and not too sweet. The caramel one reminded me of Estrel's version of caramel cake. All of them can last up to one week when placed in a chiller and can be transported up to two hours only.

Hot Beverages (Price starts at P128)
Cakes are best paired with any hot beverage - coffee, hot choco, or tea. Le Reussi has all of them on the menu. Among all, the hot chocolate tablea was best for me!

Cold Beverages (Price starts at P138)
If you want to skip the hot beverages, you may still enjoy your cakes with cold drinks. They have here coffee, latte drinks, sparkling iced tea, and hand-crafted sodas. Their latte drinks looks too feminine and yet flavors are interesting. For the series of cold ones, I liked their sparkling iced tea especially the peach one with smooth and refreshing taste.

They say that there's always a room for dessert. Well, that's true, especially if the desserts are freshly baked Le Reussi cakes! You may hoard starting today since they currently offer 30% OFF until the end of the month. The promo is valid for dine-in and take out. Delivery option is currently in progress.
