Gringo | Celebrate Christmas Early with New Dish & Food Boards

Starting with "ber months", Christmas season in the Philippines is here. We can hear Jose Mari Chan almost everywhere, not to mention the festive dishes we all anticipate during this time of the year. To celebrate Christmas this early, Gringo introduces their newest dish and holaday boards for friends and families who like to celebrate with a feast.

We all know that Gringo is popular with nachos, ribs, and grilled chicken but they didn't stop creating mouthwatering dishes to satisfy your hungry cravings for good food. To welcome the 2019 Holiday, Gringo launches the following:

Lechon Cubano
Gringo's take on the Filipinos fave lechon. This dish is slow roast, Cuban-style lechon belly, marinated with special mixture of aromatics and drizzled with Chimichurri sauce. Expect a little spice in every bite, perfect for sinangag rice. For me, the taste was excellent with salty but flavorful taste.  Lechon Cubano is available in Chikito (for one), Pepito (for two to three), and Bendito (for four to five). This can also be ordered in set meals with sides. For large number of people, be sure to get the Fiesta Pack so everyone can taste its flavors.

Sancho Board
To enjoy your Lechon Cubano, you can also have it in Sancho Board. For a feast, Sancho Board has whole original roast chicken, bbq ribs, adobe blackmole soft tacos, platter of rice, side of tacos, and a pitcher of house-brewed iced tea. Finish off this meal with their yummy dessert, Ube de Quezon.

Buena Board
If you are a fan of seafood, be sure to get this board of flavors. Buena Board is highlighted by tilapia fingers with salsa verde, whole original roast chicken, bbq ribs, adobe blackmole soft tacos, cream dory soft tacos, platter of rice, side of tacos, and a pitcher of house-brewed iced tea. Also, this board comes with Ube de Quezo.

Lechon Cubano and Holaday Boards are all shareable with friends and families. Whether you are celebrating early Christmas treats or just love to eat, Gringo is your ultimo destination in any occasion. All of these are available in all their 19 branches across the country.
