Unlimited Samgyupsal + Korean Dishes | Sibyullee

Samgyupsal era isn't over yet. For us that loves to eat everything unlimited, there's always a room for food. Then last June 21, Sibyullee opened their second branch in Promenade in Greenhills, offering unlimited samgyupsal sets and other Korean dishes.

Sibyulle’s ambiance is very laid-back where you can enjoy your dining experience with their comfy seats. On this branch, they have two floors to accommodate small to a large number of diners.

The thing that I noticed about their dining area was that they don’t use exhaust tube to filter the smoke coming from the grill. Instead, the table is designed with a smoke filter at the bottom of it which has the same concept as in Korea.

Sibyulle’s menu has 10 flavors for the meats which divided into two kinds; 2 for unmarinated and 8 for marinated. Mostly I enjoyed the unmarinated variety especially the Woo Samgyup since I’m more of unflavored meats than those with spices. But if you prefer the flavored ones, I’d recommend the Yangnyeom Woo Samgyup, Sweet & Spicy Pork Bulgogi, and Soy Garlic Samgyupsal.

Aside from the unlimited meat, the package also comes with Soy Garlic Fried Chicken, Spicy Korean Fried Chicken, Beef Bulgogi Gimbap, Haemul Pajeon, and Cheese Dip. However, the thing that I noticed with the cheese dip was too runny because of milk. I’d prefer one with thick consistency or something with mozzarella on it.

Price is P499 for Monday to Friday Lunch and P549 for Dinner, Weekends, and Holidays.

Mechanics:
1. No time limit.
2. Same unlimited promo should be chosen at one table.
3. Minimum of 2 persons to avail of the unlimited promo.
4. P200 will be charged for every 100g leftover meat per table.
5. Leftover food or side dishes are not allowed for take-out. Only ala carte orders will be allowed for to go.
6. For tables w/o grill, 1 portable grill will be provided for every 3 persons.

Overall, the food was great but not exceptional especially the cheese. I hope that they could do something about it. The service was the one I’d like to commend especially that they were attentive and courteous to us. Also, providing a cloth spray after eating here is a plus point! No more post-samgyupsal smell after dining in.
