Mexican Flavors in Eastwood Mall | Fiery Style

Mexican food is definitely loved by Filipinos. The main proof is the number of restaurants growing that offer classic Mexican favorites like burrito, quesadilla, margaritas, and a lot more. So just this week, Fiery Style in Eastwood City, just opened its first franchise store that serves authentic Mexican and fusion Filipino comfort food to family and friends.

Eastwood City in Libis is a very strategic place. It is an area for business, as well as residential, that’s why the owner decided to put the franchise here to cater to a larger demographic. He said that in Fiery Style, it's not just the food that you’ll definitely love, but also the experience they will give.

Located in the 2nd floor of Eastwood Mall, Fiery Style’s interior design is very modern yet laid-back Mexican theme. The colors are mostly red with the design of brick walls, stylish caged lights, and posh couches to match up the modernity of the restaurant.

Their menu has a lot of dishes to offer but my friends and I tried some of the best sellers. I already set my expectations that this event would be a feast.

Fiery Nachos (P388)
They were raving about their version of nachos so we gave it a try. Fiery nachos have a combination of corn chips, nacho cheese sauce, guacamole, tomato salsa, refried beans, black olives, jalapeno, and sour cream. For the meat, I chose it to be paired with the pulled pork. They served their nachos in a stainless cylindrical container and slowly showed it to us that definitely made us drool over it. The combination was good but I was expecting a lot more from its flavor. I guess the cheese, they need to add more of something like mozzarella.

Fiery Buffalo Wings Fillet Bombers (P268)
I loved this! This is not your usual wings because it was cooked like a ball that has chicken and cheese inside. This was pretty tasty together with the blue cheese dip and fiery salsa.

Combinationes
If you are on a budget and want to taste dishes that would make you full, then these are the answers. We tried some of them.

Combo Uno (P218)
Love love their chicken here. It was smokingly good! Every one of us liked the Fiery grilled chicken combo.

Combo Dos (P228)
This combination has 5oz Rump Steak with crispy onion rings, half grilled tomato, and rice. I found this super sulit considering the size of the steak to its price. It was also tender and tasty.

Combo Tres (P238)
I would like to commend the tender chops for this combo. It was best with Java rice.

Combo Otso (P288)
This is best for pulutan just don’t mind the rice. Combo Otso has sizzling sisig ala Mexicana with chicken strips, southwest chips, and rice.

What I loved about Fiery Style is that they also offer bottomless mojito, margarita, or Paloma for only P358. This is a good deal if you are chillin’ with friends without limits. I think I got drunk already after consuming only one glass. I’m so becoming a certified Tita.

Fiery Style is very traditional with good choices of innovative Mexican food to bring happy customers the best of experience. Definitely, the price points are sulit with the dishes and service we had on that night. I can’t wait to be back and hopefully, give the “unlimited” drinks another try.
